It is a home for the poems, articles and journal entries that I have written and collated over the last decade.

This isn’t about me, it’s about us.

It is about the people that read the words and feel connected, seen, a little more human and a little more heard.

May this collection of work be a universal hug in a wave of grief, and love, in all of it’s forms.
